Vic: Power restrictions to continue in spite of return to work

MELBOURNE, Feb 8 AAP - Power restrictions will continue to plague Victoria today even
though striking workers have returned to the job at the troubled Yallourn power plant.

Premier Steve Bracks said power restrictions would remain in place until at least tomorrow
because it would take between three and five days for the Yallourn Energy plant to return
to full generating capacity.

Yallourn generates a fifth of all Victoria's electricity needs.
